Three-quarter length, washable, fits the shoes you already own — and nobody can see it.
Yes — the inserts snap in and out, so switching heights takes a few seconds. Most people settle on one within a couple of weeks.

Which one do I start with?
Blue. Always blue.
Wear it for a few days. If your feet want more, snap in yellow. If yellow feels like too much, go straight back to blue — that isn't a setback, that's your answer.
Why the arch
The pain is in your heel. The problem is under your arch.
Almost every insole you've bought was foam. Foam feels wonderful for the first hour — then your body weight squashes it flat. By the middle of a shift there's nothing left holding your arch up, and you're standing on the same shoe you started with.
That's cushioning, and it's a different job to support. To actually hold your arch up, something has to be firm enough that your weight doesn't flatten it — at hour one and at hour eleven. Which is why this feels like something under your foot, and foam doesn't.

The band of tissue that hurts runs from your heel bone forward along the underside of your arch. Every time you put weight on that foot the arch flattens and that band stretches — and the pull lands hardest at the heel end, where it anchors.
Support under the arch limits how far it flattens. Less flattening, less pull on the heel with every step. And it only works where the support actually touches you.
How big that gap is depends entirely on the foot it's under. Too little and the arch drops just as far as before — you feel nothing. Too much and it presses up instead of catching you.
Blue
Closes a shallower gap. Enough for plenty of people.
Yellow
Blue would sit under this arch without touching it.
Red
On a shallow arch it presses instead of supports.

Three feet, three answers — and no way to tell which is yours by looking. So all three come in the box.
Fit
It goes in the shoes you already own
Three-quarter length. It slides in behind the insole that's already in there, so nothing sits under your toes and nothing has to come out.
Roomier shoes take a taller insert comfortably. If a pair is tight to begin with, put a shorter one in that shoe — which is exactly why all three come with you.

Thirty days
Long enough to find out which one is yours.
Here's roughly how it goes, so nothing surprises you.
-
The first few days
Put blue in and just wear it. Firm support feels like something under your arch at first — that's normal, and it isn't a sign you've picked wrong.
-
The first week or two
That stiff feeling settles. If your arch is asking for more by now, snap in yellow. If yellow is too much, go straight back down — you've just learned something.
-
By day thirty
You'll know which one is yours, and it might not be the tallest. If none of the three is — email us and we'll make it right.
Worn is fine. You were never going to find this out from the box.
